ADDRESS CHANGES AND ACCURACY
It is your responsibility to supply a complete and correct shipping address at checkout, including street number, city, postal code, and a valid phone number for courier contact. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS
We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. Upon delivery, inspect the outer packaging for any visible damage. If you notice significant damage, you have the option to refuse acceptance or to take clear photographs as evidence. Any damage claims must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by your order number and the photos – we will then guide you through the carrier claim process.
